CLIENT BILL OF RIGHTS

Disclosure of Services Education and Training

• Ryan was trained in hypnotism by Diane Foster, owner of Mystic Hypnosis of Mystic, CT. He is a Certified Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and does annual continuing education to maintain his training at a high level. The National Guild of Hypnotists is the oldest and largest hypnotism organization in the world and its certification is the most widely recognized credential for the professional practice of the hypnotic arts.

Notice

• THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT HAS NOT ADOPTED ANY EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING STANDARDS FOR THE PRACTICE OF HYPNOTISM. THIS STATEMENT OF CREDENTIALS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. A hypnotist may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis or any other type of treatment from a different practitioner, the client may seek such services at any time. In the event our services are terminated by a client, the client has a right to coordinate transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has a right to refuse hypnosis services at any time. A client has a right to be free of physical, verbal or sexual abuse. A client has a right to know the expected duration of treatment, and may assert any right without retaliation. 

Fees

• All my programs have different pricing and will be based upon which is best suited for you. If interested in scheduling your free screening, please reach out through the contact tab for more information. 

Insurance

• My services are not covered by insurance and must be paid out of pocket. 

Privacy

• You have the right to expect that anything you tell your hypnotist will be held in confidence. Sessions in our office are held in the strictest confidence and no information can be released about you without your written permission. There are some exceptions when we are required by law to break confidentiality: when asked by law enforcement, or if a client holds significant threat to themselves or others. You have a right to be allowed access to our written records about you. It is our policy to refuse disclosure of all privileged information. Clients can (and are encouraged) to record all hypnosis sessions for reinforcement of suggestions. 

Recourse

• Ryan is a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, and practice in accordance with its Code of Ethics and Standards. If you ever have a complaint about his services or behavior that we cannot resolve for you personally, you may contact the National Guild of Hypnotists at P.O. Box 308, Merrimack, NH 03054-0308, (603) 429-9438, to seek resolution. 

Ryan's Approach 

• The services we render are offered as an alternative approach to reaching goals in a safe and appropriate manner. Through positive suggestion, repetition, and alchemizing limiting thought patterns, clients become active participants in reaching their goals and overcoming obstacles. Ryan also works with providing each client with “Self-Hypnosis” techniques in order to empower each client to continue making powerful shifts. 

Client Acknowledgment 

• All clients will sign this document upon arrival to acknowledge that they have read through and understand thoroughly what they have read. Individual results may vary, and hypnosis is not a replacement for medical treatment.  Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
